Christmas Village in Baltimore will once again transform West Shore Park at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor into an authentic German Christmas market! Running from November 19^th - December 24^th, 2022 a large variety of weekday and weekend events designed to please young, old and everyone in between, will return.

Our outdoor market section along the Inner Harbor promenade will grow and feature 5 additional vendors. Over 55 local and international makers will offer their unique Christmas giftware. They will be located both inside our huge heated festival tent and outdoors in traditional wooden booths – with a great view over the wintry Inner Harbor. Always a must-see: our famous German vendor Käthe Wohlfahrt, which features genuine German arts and crafts such as Schwibbogen, Pyramids, Glass Ornaments, Nutcrackers and Incense Smokers.

Enjoy a large variety of German foods such as freshly grilled Bratwurst from the charcoal Schwenk Grill with a side of homemade Sauerkraut, Schnitzel with Potato Salad, Leberkäse (German meatloaf), Raclette cheese and of course our delicious Pretzels!

Highlights in 2022:

• Christmas Village will return with its iconic centerpiece: The Pyramid, a German Christmas Tower from the Ore Mountains, will welcome you to enjoy a wide selection of Glühwein (imported from Germany) as well as kid friendly and boozy hot beverages.
• Bring the whole family and treat them to a fun day in the city. Our Ferris wheel and the historic carousel await you!
• Grab your friends and swing by at our beloved Wine and Spirits Tastings. Our weekly events are a flavorful taste journey through local beverages that you should not miss!
• Have you been at #bmorechristmas before? Awesome, enlarge your Christmas Village mug collection with a fresh design! Both our traditional blue Glühwein mugs as well as the boot and beer mugs feature a new design, some even a new color. As usual, our mugs are a limited edition, make sure to stop by early to get your 2022 mug!
• We have plenty of seating available - either in our indoor or outdoor beer garden areas! Enjoy the beautiful view of the wintry Inner Harbor outdoors, or listen to daily live stage performances indoors while you eat a mouth watering Bratwurst in a true German atmosphere.

As always, Christmas Village comes along with an extensive schedule of weekday and weekend events: grab your significant other and treat them to a weekday wine or spirits tasting; bring the family and take a ride on our historic carousel and watch the Schuhplattler dancers perform during our German American weekend.
