Susan helps you put pen to paper, allowing the words to flow onto the page opening up new pathways of expression, leaving the inner critic behind. Starting with meditation, we continue with a writing prompt. We write for 20 minutes, and share (optional). The magic is in the feedback, crafted by the listener to offer positive, supportive responses. Each week builds upon the previous one. Ages 18+ Note- each class will be 90-120 minutes
